We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased through tanimimmi.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • The request must be made by the original purchaser using the email address provided at checkout
  • Refunds apply to all digital products including PDF guides, fitness programs, and online courses
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at work.tanimimmi@gmail.com with the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Email address used at purchase
  • Order number or payment confirmation
  • Name of the product purchased
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
We will process your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by our payment partner Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–20 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions — Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day period has expired
  • Promotional or discounted products, or where terms explicitly stated "no refunds"
  • Products purchased as part of a bundle where a portion of the bundle has already been consumed or completed (for example one lesson of the course/program)

6. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or similar products. In such cases, we may restrict access to future purchases.

7. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your purchased content (e.g. broken download link, inaccessible course), please contact us at work.tanimimmi@gmail.com before requesting a refund.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Technical issues do not reset the 7-day refund window.

8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Our 7-day policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable EU consumer law.
